Each year, Alford Lake Camp works to assemble an amazing team of people from all over the world who come together to provide a wonderful, safe community. We seek individuals who are willing to work hard, assume the responsibility of caring for and teaching children and to reach deep within themselves to contribute to the greater camp community. Along the way, our counselors and staff embark on a summer of adventure, exploration, growth and friendship… a summer unlike any other. Staff members who have an existing CampInTouch account can LOGIN to access their necessary forms, staff handbook, newsletters, photos and more.

All staff applicants will be asked to provide contact information of three individuals who are willing to be a professional reference for you. They will receive an automated reference form to complete and once we receive this form, we will follow up with a phone call to each reference. All staff members must also have a background check. All staff members must be trained as Mandated Reporters in the State of Maine.
