Each year, Alford Lake Camp works to assemble an amazing team of people from all over the world who come together to provide a wonderful, safe community. We seek individuals who are willing to work hard, assume the responsibility of caring for and teaching children and to reach deep within themselves to contribute to the greater camp community. While completing the online staff application, you will be asked to provide contact information of three individuals who are willing to provide an online reference for you. They will receive an automated reference form to complete and once we receive this form, we will follow up with a phone call to each reference. All staff members will also have a background check and are trained as mandated reporters.
